Believe to Achieve

the freedom 5k was a grand ole time this morning! bryn & i stayed together for most of the time so that was a party plus lehi was well represented so s/o to everyone who ran ;) SO grateful & proud to be an american. nice cool down after then watched the parade!

erika & mitchell & i partied it up today with a super nice and easy recovery pace but sadly i think we took the hilliest route in all of lehi which did not make my already sore legs all that happy... haha then some quality abs after with erika to finish up.

welp easy pace didn't really happen today due to the unfortunate combination of sore legs, rolling my ankle, and hills... but i mean we still averaged faster than a normal distance run so that's good i guess 😂

gan, watson, sami, guppy & i went on the provo river trail which is gorgeous but quite chilly at 6:30 in the morning ;) i was feeling pretty good though so once we turned back i stuck with sami for a while & picked it up a little to finish with a 8:00 ap. basically it was a party & i love them all! s/o to guppy for teaching me how to jumpstart a car 😜

met @ dry creek for our easy pace run :) we went a wee bit faster than i usually go but i didn't totally die so that was great haha s/o to all the girls bc they are just the sweetest!

wow it's really hot today...
