whistle hills today! i was feeling pretty good except my knee was bugging me so idk about that... good cool down afterwards though with mario & bryn. s/o to mario for taking a swing break with me cause who doesn't love swinging? :)

thank goodness for recovery. took it nice & easy today then abs & hips after and finished off with a quality ice bath :)

mile repeats today! warmed up to the cemetery then did 3 sets up in the grovel. first one felt good. second one i rolled my ankle twice lol... third mile was consistent at least? s/o to lucille cause i love her and haven't seen her in ages.

took a crosstrain day for my knee :( woke up VERY early to ride up in alpine with daddio. 8 miles uphill was rough but we went on some sick mountain bike trails on the way back down the mountain & the sunrise was $$$. took a nap lol then headed down to the park to do the upper body workout & abs & hips with the team

felt way better today then i've felt in a while. s/o to jamie for the new knee trick she taught me cause it's working!!! 90 sec pickups were a lil rough but i stayed with hannah the whole time & we were ahead or on pace so yayyy. our 3 mile cool down was probably the longest 3 miles of my life but we had a beautiful ice bath afterwards which made me happy happy happy.

HUGE shoutout to brynlee cause it's her birthday!!!!!!!! long party run with her this morning then we hit up kneaders which was just peachy ;) afterwards we met up with dallin @ the solw for a much needed ice bath.
