ah. speed. ended up doing the 800m focus workout which was 8 200s at goal 800 pace. consistently hit 38 or 39 then finished with a 36. after it was over i felt like I could've done them faster but id rather stay honest then go all out. tb to my sprinter days when i got a 34 in a race and praised the heavens lol. finished up mileage then abs
