speed! it was 1000 m @ goal 5k pace then a 200 m jog then a 200 m sprint. turns out the sprinting was the best part. lol i hit pretty consistent 4:10's to 4:15's the whole workout which was goal pace for me so that was sick. mentally felt pretty strong but then i remembered i still had to go to soccer practice.... not sure how many more miles i got there but my legs hurt a lottle. |
