yikes... not the best workout for me. steady state run for 3.5 but i'm not even sure the middle mile counted cause there were so many stoplights. (usually i'm a fan but i was getting pretty annoyed by stoplight 27394638) anyways not sure what my pace was either... stayed with bryn for the first 2 miles then faded way off. frustrating cause i know i have the endurance i just can't ever seem to show it. abs & hips |
