| | love run with emily hales. wow it was something else. love her. haha we had quite the time climbing up in every treehouse we found and although the hills probably weren't the best idea for region they made me happy happy so that's that.

Region 7 Championship (3.03 Miles) 00:21:31, Place overall: 20 | | woke up sick. UGH. determined not to loose the mental game though so just took it easy all day. good race. 1st mile was wayyy too fast for me but i stayed with a pack of girls for most of the race. last 800m carolyn and emily wallgren caught me but i stayed in it mentally and gave it my all. not my fastest time but loved every second of it. pred on the course by about a minute though so yayyy.

| | last soccer game. not really sure how much mileage they even are so left that blank. undefeated feels pretty good. felt good to sprint a little and actually have energy to run.

| | lol @ my wimpy mileage. varsity state was today! i got out of class to go cheer cause i love them all. EVERYONE DID SO GOOD. ran up that one hill like 8 trillion times though (actually only 6 times but..) highlight of the day was longjumping a river to get to the finish in time haha i was the only one who didn't get wet. i'm surprisingly good at staying dry- maybe cause i don't hydrate too well who knows. ha good times after with friends.

| | night runn. ran after i went swimming which probably wasn't my brightest idea but the past is past. first mile was all downhill (as my grandparents live on top of a mountain) but the second was all uphill and then i just turned around so again it was downhills and uphills all over again. abs after. unfortunately i am very far away from getting a 5 min plank. smh. love running. love sunsets. love no school. ap 7:56.

| | yay for 90 degree weather. not. ha ran after breakfast today which was a mistake cause turns out gourmet granola + fruit causes a very painful side ache. oh well. ran on the same trails i always run on to the east then came back. felt goodish till the last mile. recovery @ 8:06

| | woke up early down in st george to run. just recovery again but i was feeling good so i went at distance pace... maybe faster ha. awkwardly there was a huge 10k on the trail i was on at the same time i was there so i kinda just ended up running a shorter version of their course.. it was terrible though bc i got to the straightaway for their race and they all like started cheering for me to finish when actually i was only halfway done with my run. oops. whipped around and finished my run without cheerleaders. 7:51 avg

| | very tired of going 4 miles. ugh i need some diversity. last day running in geezy though so that was fun. just did my normal route... down the hill over the river and onto the trail (to grandma's house we go..) ha but really though my grandparents live on this huge mile long hill. my legs hurt. recovery so 8:14 avg

| | love run pt 2 lol finally got to run with em again so we hit up our favorite horsey trails- nicknamed the love run bc well... just bc. it was not quite as romantic with dead leaves everywhere turns out though. good times still. the rolling hills were good and bad haha thank goodness for recovery.

| | jv's workout was 12 sprints up and down the birm with speed squats right before. it wasn't that hard even though i was going all out but i felt like it helped with form. finished up miles with carolyn. she gets me. abs after since we didn't pass off our 5 min plank... oops. probably doing the upper body w/o tn.

| | team pictures in the wind. haha good stuff. got in a couple miles with em (in the leaves. it was THE best.) 8:15 ap. before we had a physical therapist, dr butler, come talk to us about form and stuff. it was super interesting actually! i definitely want to apply some of the things he talked about. didn't finish mileage cause it was late and i was babysitting... did abs at like midnight lolz

| | yay cause halloween. :) lil trash competition wu then headed out on medium mileage. ran with bryn for the majority of the time so that was grand since i haven't been with her in a while. fun times with fun people later.
