woke up SO tight but once i got started running i felt much better. 1st mile was way too fast for recovery (or for easy pace actually) so decided to just stay at easy pace for the rest of the run haha... felt good to be running cause i'll be sitting in a plane for the rest of the day yayyyy 😂 s/o to kaylie for waving at me she's the cutest & also good luck to all y'all camp people! |
