the workout was a ladder of speed. 200 @ 800m pace, 400 @ mile pace, 800 @ 2 mile pace, then 1 mile @ 5k pace then back down. mentally felt strong after a good talk in sports psych and i know i was consistent so that was good. the mile felt a little harder than i was hoping it would though.. eek. haha nice cool down after. s/o to spencer for almost running me over. abs.
