speed was 4x 200m at goal 800 pace, then a 100m jog then 100m "build up" sprint. felt decent after the first set. 200's were 35, 36, 36, 35. stoked for BYU! abs
perfect racing conditions! got a lil caught up at the start but felt super strong until the last 200- then mentally it... just wasn't the best. smh. finished with a lot more in me but still a way cool experience to race at BYU! 💙
