3 sets of 4x400 at current mile pace (90s), faster than that (85s), and then even faster (82s). stayed honest and it turned out to be a super solid workout. abs.
in between scheduling & work. tried to keep it recovery pace but i'm a tad bit stressed out so 7:38 ap for the first half and 8:05 ap for the second...
UGHHHH. so stinking close to qualifying for BYU. technically it was a PR (by .1 lol) but i know i could've gone faster. frustrating. then my ankle/ shin kept on pulling during my CD... going to try to be a lil more careful i guess.
