my watch was crazy so idk the ap... speed on the MCT. it was 10 200s at goal indoor mile pace with speed squats as well. felt pretty fast but actually wasn't lol :) pretty consistently hit 43-45 so i was happy with that. finished up some miles with mario and kaylee then did the last one alone. lower body w/o at home
had to leave early to teach violin so i didn't finish mileage.. oh well. the legs are VERY tired. ran to the jr high and back with carolyn, erika and emily. they're awesome. s/o to carolyn because i adore her and IT'S HER BIRTHDAY 8:53 ap
Warmed up about an hour early. I was pretty nervous earlier in the day but thanks to some meditation and such i felt pretty relaxed and tried to get to know some girls in my heat. Just focused on running throughout the race. about halfway through i realized i wasn't even tired so I started to push it a little more... Last 200m someone yelled out a 5:30 and i still had lots of energy so i kicked it in to PR. cooled down outside and holy smokes i have never seen so many attractive males in my life. Almost made me happy to be running in the freezing cold. Hit up Artic Circle with Carolyn which was quite the experience #flirtyboys haha good times.
