stellar run this morning. ended up around an 8flat for all 7 miles so that was super great- i probably shouldve gone faster looking back on it but the view was spectacular soooo might as well stay out as long as possible... ;) idk if i will ever be satisfied to run in utah again though cause these iowa trails are the BEST. ❤ as soon as i got back though we went on an "authentic" trek which made my calves quite sore... |
