speed was 4x 200m at goal 800 pace, then a 100m jog then 100m "build up" sprint. felt decent after the first set. 200's were 35, 36, 36, 35. stoked for BYU! abs

premeet! hit a 36 & 37. some days are just GOLDEN. :)

perfect racing conditions! got a lil caught up at the start but felt super strong until the last 200- then mentally it... just wasn't the best. smh. finished with a lot more in me but still a way cool experience to race at BYU! 💙

region at skyridge!! kinda cool to be @ home :) haha wu. raced with bryn & lu. s/o to brynlee for pushing me the last 100! cd. great job to EVERYONE who raced today!

surprise premeet! for "jv region" hit an 85 and then a 88. abs

not even sure if i should call this a race... weird meet down at mountain view today! it was combined with the little kid track teams- (shoutout to bryn and i for almost racing with 6 yr olds lol) and at least for the mile only girls from skyridge were racing... haha but anyways it was good to finally race the mile again! lap 2 killed my time a little bit but other than that i had really consistent splits so i was happy with that. :)

break! went on a leisurely bike ride with my daddio... i'd guess it was about 4 miles. tried to shake it up and ended up riding on decorative rocks? lol #trailhungry

hiked battlecreek with some quality humans. :) way chill 

19.6 mile bike ride on mct! (cause i was lazy & didn't want to finish to 20...) there were some super pretty views down in pg- i've never gone that far on the trail so that was cool. 1st half was 4:32 ap 

walked around thanksgiving point gardens with my fam. probably doesn't really count but hey

1st day of xc practice!!! got "minimum marks" for planking, pushups, calf raisers, lunge jumps, pullups (yikes) , toes to bar, squatting, and probably something else? ha then just an endurance elliptical ride :)

running! wahoo :) wu to the cemetary then learned drills and played some quality sharks and minnows (turns out i'm not v good at not getting tagged...) ha then abs and hips at the park
