1/2 low all week. wahooish? its good to cut back but i feel like i loose so much on breaks. anyways good run with lil nug and upper body. benched the bar plus 10 lbs with good form so wahoo

20 min abs. wasn't that bad. my legs are super sore from lower body *cries a river. ran with lil nug. probably pretty slow.

last soccer game. not really sure how much mileage they even are so left that blank. undefeated feels pretty good. felt good to sprint a little and actually have energy to run.
