good day! pretty much followed the same pattern as last year with a fast first mile and slower other two... i was happy with it though! runnercard said a 6:55 ap which is getting closer! s/o to the weather for cooperating and the cool outdoor gym we found. turns out murray park would be a good place to go if you were homeless.
