awesome week day 1!!! my group did 5 600m birm run, 100m jog, 200m sprint. it was HOT as anything and i fell off my pace a little bit on #4 and #5 but i gave it my full effort so i was happy with it!
went out and felt really good 1st mile then psyched myself out for the 2nd mile worrying that i was going to die later.. smh. on the bright side the course was nice and flat and went by fast!
