holy cow the course is so fun. after a movie in the morning we headed down to the course and ran it through then did premeet for the last 800m. premeet was way too fast for me cause my watch was off but i felt good so that was ok. quality nike dinner & abs after and then an ice bath back at the hotel. s/o to carolyn hahahaha her tiki dance is killer. also s/o to luke from westlake! it was way fun getting to know him on the bus :) |
