10 90 second pickups @ "cruise interval" aka "super fast" anyways got a solid group together & ran down in old lehi 💜💜 then finished up with hips & abs.

cross train day! walked with my parents in the morning down in provo then abs & hips & 8ish miles of biking later. also I LOVE AMERICA.

yikes... not the best workout for me. steady state run for 3.5 but i'm not even sure the middle mile counted cause there were so many stoplights. (usually i'm a fan but i was getting pretty annoyed by stoplight 27394638) anyways not sure what my pace was either... stayed with bryn for the first 2 miles then faded way off. frustrating cause i know i have the endurance i just can't ever seem to show it. abs & hips

went up to the timp trailhead to go mountain biking with my dad. turns out we got a little lost from the "intermediate" path and ended up biking on some sketchy trails haha. got a little busted on the way down one of the cliffs but hey it's always a good time. :)

had to be up the canyon at 9  so i went running on my own earlier and did easy pace (7:31 ap) when it was actually just supposed to be recovery. smh. felt fine though. abs & hips

4 mile steady state run! held on to a group for the first two miles and was way ahead of pace and then died off and was not quite in my range... yikes. anyways avg turned out to be 7:23... we'll work on it. abs & hips

played fugitive later and got at least another mile of uphill.

did the temple to temple 5k with my family! haha didn't really race it but i wanted to go fast enough to take the place of the ladder wo... anyways got a 6:41 ap which i was happy with (it's also like straight downhill though so... eh) abs & hips

i'll be honest, berm repeats = not the best workout of my life. mentally gave in after 3 and it showed. anyways still hit consistent times (just not quite in the range.) getting there. (2:39 average) abs & hips
