| | yikes... not the best workout for me. steady state run for 3.5 but i'm not even sure the middle mile counted cause there were so many stoplights. (usually i'm a fan but i was getting pretty annoyed by stoplight 27394638) anyways not sure what my pace was either... stayed with bryn for the first 2 miles then faded way off. frustrating cause i know i have the endurance i just can't ever seem to show it. abs & hips | Comments(1) |

| | had to be up the canyon at 9 so i went running on my own earlier and did easy pace (7:31 ap) when it was actually just supposed to be recovery. smh. felt fine though. abs & hips

| | 4 mile steady state run! held on to a group for the first two miles and was way ahead of pace and then died off and was not quite in my range... yikes. anyways avg turned out to be 7:23... we'll work on it. abs & hips
