| | bad air today. i was supposed to do the last 2 inside to prevent my lungs from tasting like acid but there was a line for treadmills and basketball boys on the track annnd... ya. can't run with them. pssh. 8:59 ap. abs. mixed weights #1

| | easy distance run today. the range was 7:45 to 8:45 & we averaged an 8:01. unfortunately my right calf was hurting which i guess i'll blame on the cold but other than that it felt alright. we headed towards highland which is always a fun time except Heidi almost got ran over and i almost jumped into 50 mph traffic to save her. 'twas terrifying to say the least but it made us go faster for sure haha. #staysafekids. planning on stretching out later. abs

| | 2 mile wo. it was two 1000m three 800m and four 400m. i'm not sure my exact splits but ap was about a 6:40 i think? abs

| | abs 8:30 ap. ran down to good ole lehi and around the track a time or two. it was a little hilly for my leg's taste but good nonetheless. it would have been a better 6 mile loop but whatever. live and learn i guess :)

| | speed today! it was 400m then 200m at mile pace with 6 sets. our first set was wayyy off but i was able to get consistently faster each time so i was happy with that. 95-80sec was my 400 range lol. s/o to rachel morgan cause she was killing it.

| | recovery run on the "love trail" with the best of the best. unfortunately the trail is not invincible to the rain and was quite muddy which resulted in several almost disasters. 8:45 ap. haha gotta keep things interesting i guess. abs.

| | 5 min of abs to add to the 5 theme today. lol. it was "easy" pace again today but i wasn't feeling it. we probably got a 8:45 ap... pretty sure my legs have retired or something. i feel like a horrible sergeant "you gotta keep working!!" legs: "please have mercy! i'm tired and basically dead." anyways. frustrating.

Distance Challenge (1 Miles) 00:06:13 | | distance challenge today! woke up feeling sick as anything (wahooooo-mostly just stomach stuff again....) 2 mile wu. not really expecting much idk. felt good while racing but got a lil tired/sick on the last lap. i think i paced it a little better though so that was a win :) cd with libby in the rain haha :)

| | wu then the 2 mile wo! 9 400's. i was shooting for 95's and avg about a 93 for each one but i wasn't too tired... looking back i wish i would have been shooting for 90's but it is what it is. 2 100's after all out- i'm not sure what they were but it felt good to go fastish haha :) cd

| | low mileage today lol. 😐 speed WO in the gulley. 3 sets of 3x90 sec pickups uphill. probably made it about 400m each time so nothing crazy but i was happy with the consistency. :) cd back to the school with jamie! she's the best! pushups today cause #weakling 😂

| | emotional roller coaster today. speed was 6 400s at goal mile. hit 84-88 so they were on pace but not as consistent as i would've liked. did some miles with bryn earlier though so that was good! :) abs/hips
